I have an independant webpage JS project that is within a subfolder of my Joomla site. I currently display it via a menu item that opens it on a new browser tab page. I have also displayed it in my Joomla site within an iframe wrapper; but it has some issues. I can't get the height to be automatic and the frame is ugly. I'm hoping that there is a way to solve these issues by displaying the page within a custom component instead; but I'm not sure how to implement this as I'm new to making Joomla components. Should I start with an empty view component? If so; then what? Any suggestions...
