Hello
I think that when the:
<fieldset> name attribute is not set  on the generated form xml of the model,

the following code does not work in a tmpl file::
$fields=$this->form->getFieldset() ;
    foreach ($fields as $field) {
            $this->form->setFieldAttribute($field->fieldname, 'readonly', 'true');
    }
because:
$fields=$this->form->getFieldset() ;
or
$fields=$this->form->getFieldsets() ;
returns nothing

I suppose you can the name attribute to "default" when  generating the form XML for the component
<fieldset name="default">
Thanks, Joris
