loss of filters

loss of filters was created by Squad Digital
i noticed that since the recent joomla update some component tables that i created with component creator before the update do not have the default state filter. what could be the problem? this happened after a copied over files from a recent build of my component

i have attached two images of a table that i created yesterday and one that i created months ago showing the difference when the search tools button is toggled
